Parssinen started his career in poker in 2012, winning the first cash prize in Helsinki. Since then, he has achieved notable successes, including tournament wins in Finland, Tallinn and Las Vegas. In 2021, he won the WSOP, earning almost $550,000 and a bracelet. His victories continue, including winning major tournaments in Kyrenia and Aria Resort & Casino.

Eelis Parssinen, who specializes in pot-limit Omaha cash games, plays on PokerStars under the nickname EEE27 and uses her real name in GGPoker. In April 2020, he won the 17th Poker Masters Online tournament on partypoker, earning almost $300,000 and a Purple Jacket. In June of that year, he won the fifth Poker Masters Online PRO Series tournament, adding over $700,000 more to his prize pool.
